What is a production connection?
A production connection corresponds to a buyer on a given flow (PunchOut, PO, Invoice or ASN). For example, a buyer connected via PunchOut + PO = 2 connections.
Are sandboxes billed?
No. Sandbox environments and test connections are free. The number of sandbox environments and sandbox connections depend on the chosen plan. Only production connections are billed.
Is the Magento connector included?
Yes. The Magento module is provided and maintained by Gatebold. No client-side development is required.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are immediate, billing changes take effect on the next cycle.
Which e-procurement formats are supported?
cXML and OCI. The Starter plan supports one or the other, Professional and Enterprise plans support both.
Is there a commitment?
The subscription is monthly, with no commitment. You can cancel at any time.
How does the setup process work?
We support you end to end. The SaaS configuration takes a few minutes from your client portal. The Magento connector installs like a standard module. If needed, our team assists you with the SaaS and Magento configuration until your first successful transaction.
Do I need a developer for the integration?
No. The Magento connector installs in a few clicks via Composer. The configuration is done entirely from the SaaS interface, without code. If you encounter a technical difficulty on the Magento side, our team can step in on your instance to unblock you.
